I’m sure it would look a lot like this 360 art I found. There is nothing like working with a team and the latest tech to make dreams come true! Wait… What’s that? Uriko the Half Beast -Fanart from Bloody Roar 2 The anime Killing Bites has reminded a lot of people of a once popular video game series know as Bloody Roar. Both stared humans who could turn into animal-human hybrids. The main story behind Killing Bites involves business conglomerates creating the human hybrids to fight in secret to settle disputes. Bloody Roar, on the other hand, was more like X-Men. The hybrids were a race known as zoanthropes and clashed with humans for civil rights and autonomy. Of course, many years after the release of the last game I forgot these details. My favorite part of the games was Uriko the Half Beast. She was a cute catgirl who was super fun to play as… Even if she could not always keep her balance! So what do you think?

While I was watching YouTube this morning I noticed a thumbnail of Tracer and Chun Li leading a pop culture army into battle. My first thought was “this must be some new fan-made crossover thing”. Hululu and Grape-kun “ Art by Taikyokuturugi Over the summer the low budget anime Kemono Friends became a sleeper hit. Shortly after the show’s number one animal fan also became famous. Grape-kun the Humboldt Penguin became known around the world for falling in love with a cardboard cutout of Hululu. Anime fans around the world saw it as the cutest thing ever. Even animals cannot resist moe! Sadly the otaku penguin passed away this week. Grape-kun was a real-life Kemono Friend. Rest in Peace Grape-kun. So what do you think?

Sadly I have not been able to watch any matches so I will have to check out recaps and highlights from the side lines. Speaking of stats from the sidelines it looks like Mirana is not getting picked as much this year. The cat like priestess of the moon has only been in 16 of the 120 matches. Despite this, she is managing a 62.50% win rate and has the tenth best Kill/Death/Assist ratio. That said another cat rider has seen fewer battles but has had more success. The moon rider Luna who is Mirana’s subordinate has only been in three matches but has won all of them. Her KDA is 11.2 and is at the top of the list. Peral from Splatoon 2 “ Art by gro-ggy Nintendo’s runaway hit Splatoon now has a sequel up and running. In this runaway hit the Squid Sisters have run away and now a new team is running their show. Now one of the new host, Pearl [Hime], is running away with Cat[girl]urday! Thanks to the art of gro-ggy Pearl is part squid, part kid, part cat. Does this mean you can have your cake and eat it too? At least that’s what the games English wiki says. This image looks more like a female Saniwa enjoying the spring weather with her Touken Danshi named Nihongou. Serval and Kaban “ You Name parody art by 髭and髪 Earlier this week I decided to give Kemono Friends another shot. I have made it about four episodes in and like others have noticed that what appears to be a kid’s show has some dark undertones. Ironically I was invited to watch a movie yesterday call Your Name. It seems the two may be connected… connected like Taki and Mitsuha… like Kaban and Serval… Like cats and girls. Granted I am only speculating based on what I have seen so far and this parody fan art. Gabriel Dropout has turned a lot of heads due to its cast of angels and demons living on earth. The title character was once heavens top angel… until she tried playing a healer in an MMO. If you have ever played a support role in an online game you know it can cause even the greatest to fall from grace. Shortly after Gabriel becomes a bitter shut-in who would skip school and cleanliness to play video games. Lucky for us she has good friends. Good friends who make her dress up on Halloween. It is even more popular than the discontinued game it was supposed to promote. To tell the truth I gave up after the first episode which was quite dull. None the less it might be worth a second shot. If Serval and Kaban can give Logan a shot I guess I can give them a shot. After all where else can you find a Wolverine in its natural habitat? So what do you think?

Chocola and Vanilla are happy! “ From the NEKOPARA OVA PV The NEKOPARA Anime OVA Kickstarter closed yesterday at $963,376. Over 9,000 people came together to help make Sayori’s dream come true. The fundraising started back on December 28, 2016, with a goal of $100,000. Catgirl fans pledged over $275,000 to the project in the first 24 hours alone! The project has managed reach almost all of its stretch goals including additional subtitles and a Mini Visual Novel game. If the project reached $1 million the mini VN would also have been animated. As a big fan of catgirls, I am happy to see this day come. The OVA cannot come soon enough! So what do you think?
