Hitomi vs Eruza -Found on @KB_anime It is time to say goodbye to another season of anime. This season brought us the savage Killing Bites which might be hard for some people to stomach. Like I have said before you need to like two of the three Bs: Blood, Boobs, and Beast. It is the finally B that made the series shine for me. A lot of the fanservice and violence was either too little in one scene or too much in another. It rarely felt balanced. That said it was all held together by some cool animal facts. As many of the reviews on Amazon put it, the show is trash but there is nothing wrong with a little trash every now and then. Hopefully, the Blu-ray release will include some great bonuses. The door was also left open for a season two…  So what do you think?

Killing Bites was recently featured in Megami Magazine showing Hitomi, Eruza, and Ui taking a break from the bloodbath for a sunbath. So far the anime still seems like it will only appeal to fans of the three Bs, Blood, Boobs, and Beast. You must like at least two of the three to be able to get through this anime. Although the plot has gotten deeper and the human-animal hybrids are well thought out this will not be anime of the year. Killing Bites is shaping up to be a great guilty pleasure, however. Hitomi Uzaki -Manga Art by Kazasa Sumita The anime Killing Bites aired this morning and it looks like a series that will appeal to people’s base instincts. The plot laid out in the first episode seems simple enough. Genetically engineered hybrids called Therianthropes are created by Zaibatsu Conglomerates to fight in underground death matches called Killing Bites for political and economic influence. Our star is a fearless ratel [honey badger] hybrid named Hitomi Uzaki. She seems like the type to “take nothing from nobody” and “take on anyone”. Despite this, she seems to have a cute soft spot for her guardian and honey pancakes. If you like two of the following: Blood, Fanservice, or Kemonomimi. Check out Killing Bites! Eruza Nakanishi, Hitomi Uzaki, Ui Inaba “ Promo art for Killing Bites Yesterday a new preview was released for the anime adaptation of the manga Killing Bites. The manga is about battles between human-animal hybrids and is by Kazasa Sumita and Shinya Murata. The trailer uploaded by NBCUniversal Anime/Music focuses on a cheetah hybrid named Eruza Nakanishi. Considering she is a cheetah I assume she moves fast… Like, “What happened to my underwear?” fast… Eruza just might be one to keep an eye out for. The new year cannot come fast enough!
