I did something different this Saturday morning. I went out do so some Thanksgiving shopping before the rush. While doing this I ran into to two old friends on two different occasions. It is amazing to see people I have not seen in a long time. Life takes us down strange roads. Take these young nekomimi. Here they are hanging out down an ally. Where will they be ten years from now? What jobs will they have? Will they still be friends? It is hard to tell but whatever they are doing I hope they find happiness. Whenever they meet I hope they will greet each other with smiles!

Kana Kamui from Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid “ Art by spider921 One of this season’s most popular anime series is Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid. Despite not being Miss Kobayashi or her dragon maid [Tohru] this character has stolen the show for many fans. Her name is Kana Kamui and she is a young dragon who joins the title characters after she is exiled from the dragon’s world. I am not sure if dragon girls count as kemonomimi/catgirl like so here is her with cat ears! Even though she may paint a cute image of the anime it is the darker side of the show that will keep you coming back. These visitors from the other world provide lots of dark humor and social-political commentary. What else would you expect from a show about a woman and her dragon maid? So what do you think?

Image from Sony It is hard to believe that Spider-Man comes out this Friday! I was lucky enough to find a Limited Edition PS4 still available to preorder a few weeks back. When gyro controls were added to the Switch version of Fortnight people started to request them on the PS4. I forgot the PS3 and PS4 had gyros. For the most part, I have sat this generation out and have not touched a PS4. I started looking into the controller more and started looking into games that use its unique features. It seems like not many games use the gyro, touchpad, speaker, etc. This makes me wonder what it takes to innovate game controllers and hardware. Nintendo has taken more drastic steps in the past with systems like the Wii. The motion controllers were so different developers had to makes games just for them.
