HL2 Capture the Flag Beta 1.71 Released

After a long hiatus HL2 CTF has launched version 1.71. It includes:
  • Three New Weapons
  • Twelve Included Maps
  • Five Player Powerups
  • Team Sentry Turrets
  • Game Types CTF, One-Flag and Domination
  • Game Modes Pro and HL2DM
  • Full Match Mode Support
  • Server-side Script and Alias Disabling
  • Team Radio Commands and Chat Macros
  • HL2 Player Models not Available in HL2DM
  • HDR "bloom" Visual Effect
  • SourceTV Server Support
  • Team Color Coding and Other Visual Tweak

Image from Sony It is hard to believe that Spider-Man comes out this Friday! I was lucky enough to find a Limited Edition PS4 still available to preorder a few weeks back. When gyro controls were added to the Switch version of Fortnight people started to request them on the PS4. I forgot the PS3 and PS4 had gyros. For the most part, I have sat this generation out and have not touched a PS4. I started looking into the controller more and started looking into games that use its unique features. It seems like not many games use the gyro, touchpad, speaker, etc. This makes me wonder what it takes to innovate game controllers and hardware. Nintendo has taken more drastic steps in the past with systems like the Wii. The motion controllers were so different developers had to makes games just for them. The PC demo for BioShock has been releases on Steam . BioShock is a FPS that has been taking the video game world by storm with a Metacritic Score of 97 as of the time of posting!
